Refund policy

We design our products to be reliable and we take care in preparing each order before it leaves our hands. 

Because many of our items are consumable and may contain materials regulated as dangerous goods for shipping, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has shipped, all sales are considered final.

That said, if your order arrives damaged we want to know. Please reach out and we will work with you to make the situation right.

Requesting a Replacement

  • Email us at info@commonlygrounded.com with the subject line “Replacement Requested.”
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue along with photos of the damage
  • Requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the situation promptly.

If a replacement is approved, we will send one at no additional cost.
