Shipment processing time

Generally all products are shipped to customers no later than the end of the next business day after the order was placed. (So Monday orders ship out no later than 5 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, and so on; Friday orders ship out no later than 5 p.m. Eastern on Monday.)  

Estimated shipping time

Products that contain essential oils are regulated as dangerous goods for purposes of shipping, and can be shipped using ground methods only. We are therefore unable to offer express or overnight shipping on those products.

Most orders ship with USPS. We include tracking info with each order when available.

The following times are estimates only:

East Coast - 2 business days after order date
Midwest - 3-4 business days after order date
West Coast - 5-6 business days after order date
Alaska - 16 business days after order date
